Locum Tenens Pediatrics Opening in Western ND | 24-Hour Call

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in western North Dakota with an opening for a Pediatrician to assist with locum tenens coverage.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: 7x 24-hour call shifts per month
• Level II Nursery
• Daily Volume: 2-3 patients
• Duties: Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, attend all scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, and perform circumcisions 
• Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/intubations/UVC, and lumbar punctures  
• Support Staff: Nurses, anesthesia, OB/GYNs, respiratory therapists, and local pediatricians
• EMR: Meditech
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, tour a regional museum highlighting local history, walk downtown streets with shops and cafes, and enjoy stargazing under dark skies.
