Locum Tenens Pediatrics Opening in Western ND | Level II Nursery

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in western North Dakota that has an opening for a Pediatrician to assist with locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: 24-hour call shifts, 7 days per month
• Level II nursery
• Patient Census: 2-3 per day
• Duties: Attend vaginal deliveries if requested, attend scheduled and emergent c-sections, admit/discharge newborns, admit/care for pediatric patients, and perform procedures
• Required Procedures: Circumcisions, newborn resuscitation/intubations/UVC, lumbar punctures
• Support Staff: Nurses, anesthesia, OB/GYNs, respiratory therapists, and local pediatricians
• EMR: Meditech
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, attend rodeos, fairs, and festivals, drive scenic routes through Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and explore a charming downtown.
