Medicus has partnered with a hospital in western North Carolina with an opportunity for a Pulmonology & Critical Care physician to assist with locum tenens coverage.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Schedule: 12-hour day or night shifts
- Setting: General floor, ICU, and Neuro ICU
- Patient Census: 12-18 per day + new consults
- Duties: ICU rounding, pulmonary consultations, and bedside critical care procedures
- Required Procedures: Bronchoscopy, endotracheal intubation, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and chest tube insertion
- Support Staff: APP
- EMR: Cerner Powerchart
- Must be board-certified
- Paid travel & expenses
