Medicus has partnered with a Level II trauma hospital in southern California that has an opening for a skilled Trauma Surgeon to provide locum coverage.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: 24-hour call, 2-4 shifts per month
• Trauma Designation: Level II
• Patient Volume: ~20 per day
• Duties: Usual and customary trauma surgery cases
• Support Staff: PAs, usual hospital support staff
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses
