Lucrative Hem/Onc Position in VA | 4-Day Workweek

Optimum has partnered with a leading medical center in western Virginia looking to add a Hematology Oncology physician to their team.

This position is open to new graduates, allows for a great work/life balance, and offers an excellent compensation.

Position Details:

• Schedule: 4-day work week, set day off not on Monday or Friday, 9-hour days
• Call shifts, 1:5
• Daily Volume: 12-20 patients (rounding + 1-4 consults per day)
• EMR: Epic
• Support staff
• COC & QOPI accredited

Position Benefits:

• $500k+ compensation + RVUs
• $40k sign-on & relocation up to $10k
