Optimum has partnered with an intermediate care facility in Louisville, Kentucky, seeking to employ a Medical Director. This facility provides residential services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30p
- Shared call with NP & MDs
- Daily Volume: 8-10 patients
- Care Team Model
- EMR: MediTech
- Accepting FM or IM
- BE/BC, ACLS, and BLS required
- $260k salary, sign-on bonus, & relocation
