Optimum has partnered with a reputable clinic less than 45 minutes from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that has an opening for a Medical Oncologist to join their team.
This role allows you to enjoy a diverse caseload and flexible schedule. Plus, you can earn a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
About the Opening:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Call Requirement: 8-10 weeks per year by phone
- Setting: 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient
- State-of-the-art equipment, including a linear accelerator
- Infusion center with 9 chairs and 2 beds
- Cases: 50% breast cancer, but will see everything
- Support Staff: 3 oncology nurse navigators, 2 clinical nurses, 2 MAs, and 1 NP in the infusion center
- Breast, lung, GYN, GI, hematology, neck/prostate/lymphoma multidisciplinary teams
- Can join breast, lung, or general tumor boards
- Must be board-certified
