New Primary Care Position in Western Illinois - 4 Weeks of PTO

Optimum has an open position for an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join an established facility in western Illinois.

Position Overview:

• Shift Information: 8-10 hour days
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, would consider a 4-day workweek
• Limited call for own patients on the weekdays
• 14-18 patients per shift
• MA and APP for support
• EMR: Epic
• Will accept candidates with H1 visas
• Must be board-certified
• Competitive base salary

• $50k sign-on & $20k relocation bonus
• 4 weeks of PTO & 1 week for CMEs + $5k allowance
