• Schedule: 5x 24-hour call shifts per month
• 1:5 call rotation, low callback volume
• Daily Volume: 2-3 patients
• Annual Volume: ~300 deliveries
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
