OB/GYN Locum Opening in Coastal Central CA | In-House Call Required

Medicus has partnered with a hospital in coastal central California with an opening for a skilled OB/GYN to assist their team with locum coverage.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: 1-2 clinic days per week
• Call: 24-hour in-house hospital call required (8a-8a), 1:6 rotation
• Setting: Outpatient clinic and inpatient hospital call
• Level III NICU
• Patient Volume: 15-20 per day in clinic, 45-55 inpatient deliveries per month
• Laborist role
• Required Procedures: Vaginal deliveries, c-sections, sterilizations, laparoscopic tubals, birth control
• Clinic Support Staff: Ultrasonographer and RN
• Hospital Support Staff: Ultrasonographer, CNMs, and 24/7 anesthesia team
• Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
• EMR: Cerner
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
