OB/GYN Position with Great Bonus Plan | Southern OH

Optimum has partnered with a well-known medical center in southern Ohio seeking an OB/GYN to join their established team.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8a-5p) & Friday (8a-12p)
• Call Shifts: Responsible for own patients throughout the week until 5p
• Daily Census: 20-25 patients + 4-6 procedures
• Office Procedures: Colposcopy, IUD insertion, and removals, + biopsies
• Hospital Procedures: DX Laparoscopy, hysterectomy, D&C, ablations, tubal ligations, & cesareans
• BE/BC

Position Benefits:

• Competitive salary options based on RVU selection
• Bonus incentives up to 30% of salary
• Sign-on 15% of base salary up to $100K
