OB Hospitalist Locum Tenens Opportunity in Eastern PA | 24-Hour Call

Medicus is collaborating with a hospital in eastern Pennsylvania with an opportunity for a skilled OB Hospitalist to provide locum coverage.

Opportunity Overview:

• Schedule: 24-hour call, 7a-7a
• Setting: Inpatient
• Level I Nursery
• Annual Volume: ~750 deliveries
• OB Duties: Triage, labor management, vaginal births and c-sections, postpartum sterilization, and postpartum care
• GYN Duties: ED and floor consults, acute surgical care, and possible D&E for miscarriages
• Required Procedures: Labor induction, deliveries, laceration repairs, birth control placement, surgical management of ectopic pregnancy, torsion, etc.
• Support Staff: Nurses, CNM, PA, technical and perioperative support, in-house anesthesia, and in-house pediatrics
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified
• Paid travel & expenses
