Optimum is collaborating with a leading orthopedics department in western North Carolina, seeking an experienced Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team. Enjoy a healthy work/life balance in a 1:3, 1st call rotation, with a 4-day workweek.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Thursday (8a-5p) & Friday (8a-12p)
• 1:3 offsite call
• EMR: Meditech
• Board-certification required
• 30-minutes from Winston-Salem + 1.5-hours from Charlotte
