Overnight Critical Care Locum on Long Island, NY | 7 Days per Month

Medicus has partnered with a hospital on Long Island, New York, with an opening for a Critical Care physician to provide locum coverage.

About the Opening:

• Schedule: 7p-7a, one 7-day week per month
• No call required
• Level III trauma
• Census: 34-bed ICU (26 critical care/8 stepdown)
• Will respond to rapids and codes
• Will do your own intubations, lines, dialysis, and catheters
• Will support new-hire APPs
• EMR: Epic
• Must be board-certified or board-eligible
• Paid travel & expenses

During your time off, hike wooded trails leading to panoramic harbor views, take a sunset sail or harbor cruise past sandy coves, and browse bookstores, vintage shops, and cafés along walkable village streets.
