Pediatrics Opening in Western WA | 4-Day Workweek

Optimum has partnered with clinics in western Washington that have openings for a Pediatrician to join their team.

Enjoy a 4-day workweek with rotating call shifts, plus the opportunity to practice in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Opening Overview:

• Schedule: 4x 10-hour shifts per week
• Call Requirement: 1:4 rotation, covering 7-8 inpatient days per month
• Shifts available at multiple outpatient clinics
• Patient Volume: 15-20 per day, ~200 deliveries per year
• Patient Population: Newborns through 18 years old
• Must be available for the main hospital for emergencies and to attend some deliveries
• Will attend scheduled births for high-risk pregnancies
• EMR: AthenaHealth
• Must be board-certified
