Optimum has partnered with an established hospital-based practice in southeastern North Carolina seeking a Trauma/Critical Care Surgeon to join their team of 11 General Surgeons. This level III trauma center's emergency department is one of the busiest in the nation, treating up to 95K adults and 35K pediatric cases annually.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Group call shared with 11 Surgeons
- DaVinci XI on site
- A mix of cases - including minimally invasive procedures for acute & chronic conditions & acute care surgery
- EMR: Epic
- Competitive compensation, $25K sign-on, + $10K relocation
- Full health/retirement benefits
- Requirements: Board-certified
