Optimum has an opening for a Vice Chair of Clinical and Quality to join the Family Medicine department at a reputable health system based in Baltimore, Maryland.
In this role, you will work with senior leadership to advance clinical growth, operational excellence, quality, innovation, and value-based care.
Position Overview:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Call: Once every 45-60 days
- Patient Volume: 19-20 per day
- Duties: Spearhead quality improvement across the system, and advance the department’s clinical strategy and impact at the departmental, institutional, and state level
- Will work closely with other leaders
- EMR: Epic
- Must be board-certified
- Previous leadership and academic experience required
