From Touchdowns to Treats: Medicus Gives Back This Fall
From festive Halloween celebrations to Friday night football games, this fall was filled with opportunities for the Medicus team to come together for a greater purpose. Whether spending time with our corporate philanthropy partner, Make-A-Wish New Hampshire, or making memories with loved ones, our team celebrated the season through meaningful connections and community involvement.
Making Halloween a Little Sweeter
Make-A-Wish New Hampshire’s annual Trunk or Treat celebration brings extra sweetness to the Halloween season for wish kids and their families, and Medicus was proud to join the festivities for the second year in a row. With creatively decorated trunks, festive costumes, and plenty of candy, our team helped create a memorable experience for everyone involved.
One of the highlights of the day was reconnecting with Stanley, a wish kid whose dream of visiting Florida’s theme parks is one step closer to becoming a reality through our partnership with Make-A-Wish. Spending time with Stanley and his family made the celebration especially meaningful, reminding us of the impact we can make together.

Trick-or-Treating, Medicus Style
The Halloween fun continued back at the Medicus office, where our team transformed the halls into a festive trick-or-treating experience for colleagues and their families. With everything from imaginative decorations and costumes to fun games and sweet treats, the celebration showcased our team’s creativity while giving everyone an opportunity to make memories and enjoy some Halloween traditions together.
Turning Out the Lights on Pediatric Cancer
Project Blackout is a nonprofit organization on a mission to turn out the lights on pediatric cancer. Each year, schools and communities across New Hampshire and Massachusetts unite by wearing a shared T-shirt to raise awareness and funds in support of children and families affected by cancer.
What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a powerful movement. Teams across the region host Blackout Cancer games to spotlight the high rates of childhood cancer in New England, where fans, students, and families fill the stands wearing the special Blackout Cancer T-shirt. From classrooms and workplaces to Friday night football games, the message is clear—this is a mission everyone can be part of.
Proceeds from T-shirt sales benefit local charities and help fund important pediatric cancer research projects.
Medicus proudly supports Project Blackout each year, joining schools and communities to strengthen this mission. The partnership reflects our value of People First, Always, as we continue to build relationships rooted in compassion and shared purpose. It’s also a reminder that No One Wins Alone—real change happens when we work together toward a common goal.
Making Memories While Making a Difference
Whether cheering from the sidelines or celebrating Halloween traditions, we're grateful for the opportunities we've had to connect with our community while supporting causes close to our hearts. Through it all, the Medicus team demonstrated how the most memorable moments are often the ones we create together while making a difference for others.
